WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE A PRIZE DRAW AMONG STUDENTS WHO GOT VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19
PRIZE DRAW
Dear MDIS Tashkent Students,
We are happy to announce a Prize draw among students who got vaccinated against COVID-19!! The requirements are very simple.
In order to take part in a prize draw you should complete the following steps:
1. Each participant should have certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 (confirmed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan)
2. Follow the link below, fill out the form and download your certificate of vaccination (with QR code):
NOTE: The deadline of the form submission is March 4, 2022
Each participant will be informed about his/her individual number a few days prior the Prize draw day
The prize-winners will be chosen randomly
Get vaccinated, take part and don't miss a chance to become a winner of one of the following prizes:
