More than 7 years of teaching experience, including as a lecturer (Mathematics and Statistics) at UK curriculum educational institutions - Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent (MDIS) and Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT). Adjunct professor at Webster University in Tashkent, Senior lecturer at IT park University.

Has more than 18 years of practical experience as top-level manager in investment, corporate governance, insurance finance and administration.
