Purpose

To contribute to the academic process of the Institute by teaching undergraduate students as appropriate and supporting them in all aspects of their studies. To develop subject activity in conjunction with professional development as a teacher.

Lecturer for Banking and Finance subjects is expected to deliver some of following modules:

  • Financial Derivatives
  • Fixed Income Analysis
  • International Banking
  • Investment Banking
  • Risk Management in Banking
  • Bank Management
  • Other Banking and Finance subjects

Job requirements

  • A Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college or university level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education and research.
  • 3 years of working experience in relevant industries
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A very high proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in [specific fields or areas, e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, etc.].

  • Contribute to the school’s curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Participate in mentoring and advising students on academic and career development.
  • Collaborate with faculty members on research projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Engage with the broader business community through partnerships, consulting, and executive education.
