Qualifications:
- A Bachelor degree (Master’s degree will be welcome) in International Relations, Global Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international relations or global education management, preferably in a higher education context.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing international partnerships and programs.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English. Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the university's international reputation and global partnerships.
- Manage and expand international student recruitment and exchange programs.
- Facilitate and support international research collaborations and projects.
- Oversee the coordination of international visits, events, and delegations.
- Lead the International Relations team, fostering an inclusive and high-performing work environment.
- Serve as the main liaison between the university and international institutions, governments, and organizations.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and national regulations on international education and partnerships.
Job Type:
Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
