Qualifications:
- A Bachelor Degree (Master’s degree will be welcome)
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with various psychological concerns.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Knowledge of current best practices in mental health services and experience with crisis intervention.
- Bilingualism is mandatory (English, Uzbek, and Russian).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations to assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address the emotional, psychological, and social needs of students.
- Offer crisis intervention services and support to students in distress.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for students.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to mental health services and crisis response.
Job Type:
Full-time position. Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
