Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or preferably PhD (a PhD candidate will also be considered) in the relevant field.
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
• 3 years of working experience in relevant industries.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• A very high proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver undergraduate and graduate courses in [specific fields or areas, e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, etc.].
• Engage in high-quality research and publish in leading academic journals.
• Contribute to the school’s curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Participate in mentoring and advising students on academic and career development.
• Collaborate with faculty members on research projects and departmental initiatives.
• Engage with the broader business community through partnerships, consulting, and executive education.
